M. Ross Longo, Esq. founded Longo Commercial Advisors, LLC in 2017 with the goal of providing the highest level of service possible to industrial and office users on a nationwide basis. Ross saw a need to provide hands on service specifically to industrial and office users with the most detailed process possible. Ross worked in both a global firm and a small specialized boutique and brings the best approaches from both to his company.

M. Ross Longo is a trusted advisor to his clients. He is an experienced commercial real estate broker and advocate and a partner to his clients throughout the industrial and office leasing process. With over 19 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, Ross has completed over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions worth over $250 million, including over 6 million square feet of industrial and office tenant representation transactions. He has experience working in over 200 markets in 40 states and 5 Canadian provinces. Prior to founding Longo Commercial Advisors, LLC, Ross was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International. Before his time at Colliers International, Ross was a Senior Vice President at a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in tenant representation for over 10 years. Prior to entering the commercial real estate brokerage business in 2006, Ross practiced law for four years at two litigation firms in Houston, Texas.

Carlo E. Pier
Analyst
Carlo Pier is an Analyst for Longo Commercial Advisors in Dallas, Texas. In his role, he supports brokerage operations through market research, compiling market surveys, assisting with client tours, and identifying new business opportunities. He works closely with Ross Longo, President of Longo Commercial Advisors, to analyze commercial real estate markets, prospect to new clients, and provide support on the transaction process, while continuing to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate fundamentals.
Prior to joining Longo Commercial Advisors, Carlo gained experience in financial analysis and treasury operations through internships across multiple industries. He interned at CorePlus in Dallas, MaxiTransfers in Irving and with Telesistemas Digitales de México.
Carlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University, with a minor in Business, in May 2025. During his time at SMU, he was actively involved in the Folsom Real Estate Club, BBA Finance Club, where he built industry knowledge and professional connections within the Dallas real estate and finance communities, and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He attended Jesuit College Preparatory High School of Dallas prior to attending SMU.
