Carlo Pier joins Longo Commercial Advisors as an Analyst

Carlo Pier, a May 2025 graduate of SMU, has joined Longo Commercial Advisors, as an Analyst in Longo Commercial Advisors’ Dallas, Texas office. In his role, Carlo will support brokerage operations through market research, compiling market surveys, assisting with client tours, and identifying new business opportunities. He will work closely with Ross Longo, President of Longo Commercial Advisors, to analyze commercial real estate markets, prospect to new clients, and provide support on the transaction process, while continuing to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate fundamentals.
